Owned the lyocell fibre portfolio of the Grimsby (UK) site, from concept to end of life, within New Business Development. Led go-to-market and ramp-up preparation for a new flat cross-section lyocell fibre, and redesigned the site’s pricing strategy under US–China tariff pressure. Product owner in the stage-gate innovation process; day-to-day interface between R&D, production and sales teams in China, Japan, Turkey and the US.

Summer role in the Innovation Office. Analysed internal innovation processes, built tools for automation and standardisation, and designed the process for new and running innovation projects, running kick-offs, alignments and handovers for interdisciplinary teams.

Built and ran the employability product: the strategies, partnerships and events that got bootcamp graduates hired as software developers, measured on placement rate. Built hiring partnerships with companies including Accenture and ServiceNow.

Early employee. Designed the Labenu brand from scratch, owned growth, communications and marketing, and developed the relationships with core hiring partners.

Managed relationships with key B2B accounts and built a customer-health tracking platform that gave management a view of each deal.

Managed 150+ Talent Solutions accounts and ran biweekly trainings for HR professionals and online product sessions for customers.
